I am currently restocking my vendors, as they spent the last month without much on them. Finished the first one, selling tailoring BOD rewards. As you can see in the picture, there are cloth from tier 1 to 5, and sandies. I put 15 yards of each color I own on it, but I have much, much more in my bank.
Here's a list of prices. If you take more than 10 yards, I will discount 10 %.

Ice white (5) // 25k per yard
Metallic red (10) // 20k per yard
Tennis ball yellow (10) // 5k per yard
Tier 4
Charcoal (150) // 5k per yard
Ice blue (30) // 5k per yard
Evil mage (150+) // 3.5k per yard
Blue red (30) // 3k per yard
Dark blue (150+) // 2.5k per yard
Red blue (100) // 1.5k per yard
Tier 3
All colors 1.5k per yard (100+ per color)
Tier 2
Mica (130) // 7k per yard
Both neon dark purples (150) // 2.5k per yard
Neon pink (150) // 2k per yard
Tier 1
All colors 1k per yard (50-100)
There are new and old sandals for sale also, ranging from 15 to 80k.

I discount people buying on forums, so prices on vendor can be a bit higher, and will negotiate price of bulk (you will at least have the 10 % off if buying more than 10 yards at once).
The BOD reward vendor is wearing a pink robe.
As I said, I have a ton of yards (100/125+ of most colors) so don't hesitate to place big orders.
