From what I've heard from multiple people, they arent from launch day event. It's from an old bug with oil cloth being used on bottles/pitchers.

I heard that as well but I don't think that was the case on this server, you can't use or throw these like you could with the oilcloth pitchers.

I'm pretty sure they came from launch day.

Either way though, it's a very rare item.
