Thank you. I think it is because no one knew the price that a Keep was going for for months and they didn't like that I put a reserve on it to make sure I didn't get screwed. Ultimately that sale really helped the other keep owners. I don't mind taking a little slack for that sale now you can see how many keeps are for sale. People have a price point now. So it helped. :) I made a great sale, buyer got what he wanted, and new sellers know what to do price wise.

I thought it made sense to have a reserve on a keep...i also know how much people back out around here on bids. Ive had several buyers for red spellbooks. 3 have paid...4others have not reaponded after agreeing. Im waitingon another guy who if he backs out would be 5 of 8 to flake. Seems this place is rampant with fake bids.

I agree. Had two back out on the keep. Anyway... We just keep selling and try to keep it legit. Thanks for the purchase again. And the new plot.

You have no examples of this other than the Keep auction. All other auctions have gone smooth as silk. But thanks for chiming in on something you have never participated in. Hate is such a strong word too. Love more man.. love more.
