The ethys from donation vendor for 1k say [hued] in trade and look the same as blood red one with all the titles.

this needs to be fixed then as it very hard to make a trade . as u never really know what your getting.

The only way to not get scammed is trade outside docks so u can snoop him and without any items in the guys backpack except the ethy.
Be smart.
