WTB Lockpicking Runebook for dungeon chest

They got to exist as I only know of 2 spots, Deceit 4 and Ice Fiend room where a chest spawns.

I made some before and put them on ETC vendors I can knock them out tonight and put them on my lp kit vendor, not all safe spots though.

Do they ever have a SS or good loot. Would bea good bonus mainly doing it to pick paragon chest I get on my tamer.

Etc mall, gate on top of wbb, left side third row second vendor from water, none are there now but when I play for the night I'll fill them.
