How doesone get in touch with a GM/Admin/Staff???

multiple ways, best ones being in game using the page system OR irc

rather difficult to get in touch with admins, possibly adam would be your best bet if it requires that, else get in contact with seer joeb, guy is super active ingame, and always answers pages..
Hey guys thanks for the responses. Pretty sure my problem can only be addressed by a Admin/Gm as it involves Deleted characters. But thanks Karl 
I am working right now and can only check the forums off and on atm so i cant sit in game right now in help queue as i tried last night to no avail.
Ill just keep checking back when i can i guess
Not a huge huge deal if i don't get helped. I got to have a lot of fun here for almost a month but Ill just move on from this server even though its the best i have found so far.

Think Batman.
Know how they had the bat signal to call in batman? If you do that on UOF but instead of a bat use a weiner, you'll get a response from Adam pretty quick.

I got to have a lot of fun here for almost a month but Ill just move on from this server even though its the best i have found so far
oh man I wouldn't count on anyone helping you with deleted characters... But maybe ;D
Im just not sure that theres any way to prove the character even existed let alone skill levels etc.
They may be able to help you but I doubt it, it wouldn't mean that they aren't the best staff on a freeshard to date

Yeah I think recovering deleted chars is pretty much a no-go. Sorry mang.
haha yeah i dont have my hopes up trust me. Im just lookin for a yes or no answer so i can keep playin or i know to just delete the client and forget about it. I did quite well in the almost month i was here. 3 trained up characters, 2 houses, and my treasure pile was gettin pretty nice. Someone will hit it lucky when they find my 11x13 idoc one of these days. The small tower is empty though lol

@Morgoth How did your chars get deleted?
Be triple sure you have your username right if you logged in and found no chars then that is likely the issue.
