This peaceful 9x12 beach house is extremely remote, located at the northern tip of the world, north of Justice shrine
it's a pretty long run to anywhere from here, Yew is the closest city if you had to run there, but there are tons of wandering healers around if you need a res
there is zero spawn near the house, but a diverse spawn of stuff to kill to the south if you want
this area has lots of open space and room for activities
