WTS Coastal 18x18 - No Spawn - Slight Blockage (SOLD)

Selling this seaside 18x18 which lies a few minutes west of Ice dungeon. The plot has no spawn around it, quick access to the sea on the west side and very little blockage from neighbouring plots.
