There were two deeds left when i looked at that vendor last night. I am not sure if they were light or dark tapestrys though (or which way they are facing).

You can just go north of the Moonglow Lycaeum or go through the gate at WBB for Gankware LLC Vendors (casted by Rasta Man) (assuming there were no crashes or restarts to kick my gater offline).
