Hey everyone, I'm looking for a plot of at least 16x16 size with a great location!

Just an idea of what I'm looking for

- High Traffic Areas(not a must)
- Not looking for remote locations unless it is by something sweet
-I don't really care about proximity to water
-Uniqueness is always a plus
