Placing Fireplace

Trying to place the big fireplace with bearrug..

if i click on the ground it says: not allowed here.. clicking on the wall it says i must own the house. so how do i get this thing placed? any idea?

What I ended up doing was writing - in detail - where I wanted the fireplace. Then just stay logged in and they will handle it
