Went AFK and returned to see my backpacked items locked down?

Well this is strange and Ive never heard of this happening.

I went afk with one of my chars in my house (belonging to another account) and returned to find my regs and shovel sprawled out on the ground and locked down!

What happened?! A few strange things happening in the past few days
