I am pretty new to UO Forever. I am a bit confused about the logic used in determining which skills allow power scrolls and which do not. My understanding was that skills that would effect PvP (melee, magic skills) would not have power scrolls, while non combat skills would. Just wondering how Animal Taming does not qualify as effecting PvP? I have had numerous run-ins with gamers that definitely used their pets for PvP purposes.
