She is a great pad and has served me well, she is great for Fishing people and Faction members or RP's due to the quiet area.. could even be great for vendors, think i have seen one harpy and one reaper the entire time i have been here so buyers wouldn't be bothered. The large house next door almost went "Greatly" so could be another open spot in the near future
i hope to get 250k for her being as i am still fairly new here but nothing is set in stone, I am Maverick in Discord just PM me and we'll work something out
