If you lore it and it has magery it's a good one and worth a couple hundred k. If no magery related skills it's one of the old ones that are very common and just for appearance.

New one spawns in the new dungeon space on a weekly timer, old one spawns in the abyss temple every hr or something like that. Maybe not that fast but it's pretty fast.
