As the pictures below show, this is an 8x8 home on screen to a Lich Lord spawn. The Lich Lord always respawns with a few skeletons and/or a zombie. No other homes on screen. There is also a permanent npc blue healer approx. 1 screen East, and Yew guard-zone is about 2 screens North. Blues do recall in often to check on the spawn. The Lich Lord carries on him over 900 gold per kill. I imagine the Lich Lord could be used to train resist on chars too.
I'm not sure on a SB, I guess cost of 8x8 + 50k gold, and then go up from there if you want this to be your next home.
