If done correctly not really. Make it a big ticket item, mayyybe even a raffle since you really can't have too many of these out there.

Cellar deeds are three mil, what would these cost? At least double I would think.

I recently bought a castle that is practically empty (will be a while I fear) and I still want this...lol. I'm still finishing deco on my custom, don't know what the hell to do with a castle. But whatever it is I want more already.

Try having 2 castles, I feel like the richest hobo....
I suggest you dump 800k or so on hedges to line the walls. It's definately a great start on the exterior to fill it up.

I take a different approach and just hole my 40 million dollar checks in my bank. Its a terrible idea because gold devalues everyday while real estate goes up. Stupid, stupid, me.
