I am selling the plot pictured below. They are side by side, on a private peninsula near Minoc. It is a very secluded location (only seen 2 players run by in months) and there is no spawn. Very quiet and private and with your own backyard lookout over the water -- perfect for a Pirate's Hold, fisherman's drop, or any way you drop a ship.
This auction includes the entire plot with both houses, which are yours to either demolish or keep for yourself. If demolished the 7x7 on the left returns ~95k and the small tower returns a deed. The "L" shape of this plot allows for many possible alternatives, such as placing a wide building in front and a separate smaller one in back, or placing a long/narrow house on the right and keeping the 7x7 on the left.
