This 16x13 plot is located on the west side of the desert near Compassion shrine. It is just shy of a max storage plot but still gives you a healthy 1576 secure storage and 788 lockdowns. A nice little starter home if you can't afford a max storage.
There is a little bit of spawn around but mostly harmless (orcs, hellcats, scorpions) but there is quite a heavy spawn a screen to the right, so be careful not to drag that across!
The space can also fit a large house with patio (regular and marble) but you'll have to acquire a deed first.
Plot cost 217k to place, so I will start this off at 250k and set the buyout at 275k.
