Cloak patches should be easy to find as they were given out in mass.
There is not any gloves or shoes armor patches.
Outside of the the Cloak patches, there are:
- Head Slot (Cloth items like hats only) --> Faction Members can Purchase these with Silver
- Outer Chest Slot (aka Robe) -> Veteran Reward
