Looking to upgrade to a bigger house finally; emptied this one out. Is on ice island right by entrance to deceit. Great spot for taming/bard building etc.
I have no idea what they are going for. Best offer I guess takes it im very open to negotiations.
Can happily take you to see it (its the 3rd house West of the beginning of the path to Deceit - backs up to the mountain cant miss it)
FYI it seems there is space to place a bigger house, I just don't want to waste the $ when trying to get a much bigger one somewhere else.
