Talk about a peaceful area! I'm selling a 10X7 custom lot at 108 27N 3 5E just seconds north of Waterfall Memorial!
This spot is perfect for those that fish, want to start taming, or simply get away from the busy crowds . There's no immediate spawn here, but the forest west and north east are teaming with animals. This is a great spot for you, your alts, and/or your buddies to train on your skills in peace.

PS: I also own the 12X8 house right next to it, I may consider selling both if the price is right.
Also, 2nd screenshot down says 7X10 on the house name, this was incorrect, it is a 10X7 wide facing south.
