Pause is same for hiding and anatomy. Hiding gives good dex gain. You really only need to do a couple points back and forth, I would probably not go as high as 10.

Just seesaw a few points between two skills. I like snooping and hiding if you don't have those on the character.

Not sure about that error, but the launcher will download all the programs you need. Just point it to empty folders. It will dl and install razor and uo for you.

Target ground, rclick line in razor and change to relative.

You can get rid of young status by choice, but as you said that doesn't help with placing a house. The house place rules are exactly as quoted above and young doesn't matter. I placed while young. You only need to meet the requirements posted above, 1200 skill points show real and 24 hours...

You can place a house with young status. To place a house you need skill points of 1200 across all characters on your accout, and 24 hours play time. Young status is removed when you get 600 points on a single character or 60 hours play time on your account.
