Today I am trying to connect on the server, but it stays on the "Verifying Account..." screen forever. Is UOF server down?

Hello guys, I am trying to use the teleport magic and it doesn't work. I double click its icon, but it is never activated, and absolutely nothing happens. All other spells are ok. What am I doing wrong? Oh, yeah, I've tried using it on the Younger's dungeon. Thanks
