I recently bought a Lockpicking kit from the Mall in upper part of Moonglow where the mages shop and teleporter is. However I am stuck at 85 skill right now and it wont let me do the GM lock box yet. Could anyone tell me where I can get a lock box for 85 to 95? I am not sure...
