You can buy a lot at the mage shop. Liches carry them as well, and you'll find varieties town NPCs don't have. It's a bit funner than going to a player vendor to get one 4-6k.

Pretty sure that's normal no matter how you expand the screen because the server only sends so much. Smaller screen would be the only fix.

Vesper GY (skeletons, skeletal knight) and randomly it seems to get a corpse :) Not a hard skill to GM at all, just takes some time.

The 'zoom out' may be the window resize mentioned earlier. I havent noticed anything disabled making a difference other than injournal. Most of my macros are pretty simple tho.
