Glad to heae you got it working. I was pretty sure it was Norton or the UAC blocking it from installing properly.

Here is Razor to download that is separate from the UOF package (Which should work just fine) http://www.runuo.com/products/razor I use both Chrome and IE. Not sure about Firefox, it might not like the UOF webpage. Hopefully this Razor client will DL and work for you.

Oww that sounds really good! You're very welcome I had this same issue, but not nearly as much trouble. We will get this figured out and back on UOF on your new laptop. You might want to disable Norton while doing the re-install of razor. I have seen a few posts of people recommending this.
