I stand corrected! Not that I know of, but if you look in the selling forum you will notice which hues that are rare and not. Also, when you have the hue number, you can search for it in the selling forum to see if it's been sold before or not and that might give you a hint if it's...

Then it was IDOC loot that dropped. The color will be the same in the pack as in the game-world You should be able to get the color by using the '[get hue' command.
