Do the pack instinct effects apply to parties? Lets say 2 tamers grouped up had 2 nightmares on the same spawn...do they get the damage increase associated with 4 of the same pack type?

I am a little confused about how exactly one makes slayer armor. Are the recipes dropped from the gargoyle alchemist necessary to create the armor or do they just tell you the order to put the runes in? If you already knew the right order do you need the recipe?

OK. Thanks. I don't remember the exact wording of the message but I read it to imply that my skill was simply too low. I think it was the "you have no chance of provoking these creatures" not the "you can not provoke that"

I have a gm bard and attempted to provoke arch ice fiends in the ice dungeon last night but failed the skill check to even attempt it. Does anyone know what level provo is needed for these?
