I'll vote for Halygon as well. I haven't been on the shard for long, but what time I have spent perusing these forums, he has been very visible and helpful. I have not encountered him in the game yet, but it is good to hear the altruism extends there as well. +1 vote here. :)
That is definitely done wrong then. Vet is not supposed to take dex into account at all. That is why the bandage time is so low, and it is a pretty rare situation that a tamer will have a skill set requiring 100 dex. Therefore it was balanced on the OSI shards to be equal for everyone, no matter...
Paragons drop chests?
I've been on this server for about a month now have killed a couple of dozen paragons leveling up, and I haven't seen a single chest so far. :(
