What is the current IDOC system? Are houses seriously like a month from refresh to when it falls?

With the titles costing Ive seen between 150k and 250k (The 250k I havent seen sell recently nor fast) and these costing double the event points I'd say right around 300k-500k. I would actually be a buyer at 350k if you decide to sell.

I would like to know this 100% for sure too. I have heard that 1, 2 and 4 are all -50% but dont hole me to it.
