Dropping below the requirement aside; What if I have 3+ days of in game time and 1200 skill points between 2 characters and I'm still getting the notice that I do not meet the minimum requirements. What am I missing? Edit: Never mind. I found my answer. 24 hours rather than number of days.

You do realize those aren't thieves who are doing either of those examples right? Looting does not equate to Stealing.

There is no limit on distance. As long as you don't fail the skill check each time you could stealth indefinitely. Certain animals are known to reveal and of course those folks looping detect at the bank are going to shorten your invisible stroll as well.

My steal macro in the past include a say "Hello!" when I reveal. Be surprised how many people's natural reaction is to type back Hi instead of moving away. ^^

With compatibility mode, there shouldn't be any issues with Windows 10, 11 or 20. ;)

I had this problem in Win 7 Pro initially. I resolved it by closing all running apps such as Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. I also had to wait for my firewall (Windows) to ask me if I wanted to allow UOFLauncher access. Then the download completed successfully.
