The battle is so big basically that the servers can't handle it and run at top speed. Therefore to make sure no one gets dropped they slow the speed down greatly to make sure a lost connection isn't the reason someone loses. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Planetside2 only allows like 2000 per continent which has smaller scale skirmishes throughout that continent. I never saw a battle that actually had everyone in a single fight.

Make a macro that just quickly dresses you in the armor of your choice. Chances are if you're spotted you need to make a quick get away anyways before you can hide. Haul ass and hit your nifty new macro and you'll be dressing as you run. Once you can achieve a successful hide. Hit another macro...
